The success factor is high. Out of 28 exploration wells drilled last year, 18 found oil and/or gas.
However, the volumes were low. Accumulated resources from the largest discoveries were only between 113 and 275MMboe. This compares with 1450MMboe produced in 2016 (GEO 01/2018; «Små, men lønnsomme funn«).
