The oil & gas industry is currently going through some rough times and unfortunately, a few in the community have ultimately lost their jobs as companies lay off staff.
This is particularly unfortunate as good geoscientists are needed. The last few years have shown that exploration on the NCS is no walk in the park.
The NCS Exploration conference aims to support the exploration community with the exchange of knowledge. This year, the talks focus on de-risking and how to increase commercial success rates. In addition to the formal program, the conference has become an opportunity to network.
In order to provide access to this information and network to all who are interested, the conference welcomes out of work geoscientists and offers the reduced student fee.
